Kofi Kinaata
surprised everyone in the studio when he says he would love to do a remix of
any of Culture’s (Joseph Hill) reggae songs.
The dope Fante Rapper, Kofi Kinaata, who is now
‘talk-of-the-town’ musician with 2 smashing hits #Susuka and #SweetiePie said
this while he was on radio interview with DJ Premier on Accra 100.5fm.
According to him, Joseph Hill was the musician he
mostly listened to while growing up and the message in his music helped him a
lot – message of peace, love and unity.
Even though he said he loved reggae music so much
(especially Culture’s) he found himself doing rap music.
Another twist and turn of the saga too is, his dad
is a Reverend Minister who teaches in a Bible School.
Kofi Kinaata has been on the road pushing his new
single #SweetiePie, a love song meant for the ladies – the song is tipped to be
an anthem for the ladies this Valentine’s Day.
