Controversial radio presenter Afia Schwarzenegger’s
absence from the airwaves has caused many to speculate the outspoken
personality was no longer working with the despite group of companies following
her suspension.
However, in a recent post the host of ‘Ye Wo Krom’ on Okay101.7FM has debunked such rumours describing her absence as merely a medical vacation.
Afia made news a couple of months ago when she got in a viral back and forth altercation with MP and business mogul Kennedy Agyapong which led to her suspension.
Though she was back on the airwaves for a brief period, checks indicated the last time she hosted her radio show was on February5.
It is still unclear why she has been absent from the airwaves as there has not been any statement from the Despite Group of companies to back her claims.
In her post, Afia wrote ‘this is to remind you that I am still an employee of Despite Group of Companies and we still on till 2020’’.
She also cautioned her fans not pay attention to unemployed haters, stating ‘’yours truly is on a medical vacation and we are coming back with a well packaged #YewoKrom’’
