Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), host of Live360 on Live 91.9FM visited the former
first family, J.J Rawlings and his wife to officially inform them about the
demise of his late father, James Ernest Aidoo, who died a fortnight ago.
The late
Aidoo, a former Deputy Director of Prisons died at age 85 years after battling
with ill-health for sometime.
Former
President Rawlings conveyed his condolence to the bereaved family over the loss
of Mr James Ernest Aidoo who he described as a dedicated servant of the state
during his working days.
He
eulogized the late Deputy Director of Prisons whose efforts he noted
contributed immensely to building Ghana’s prisons institution to its current
standard.
The
family disclosed to the Ex President and former first lady, Nana Konadu
Agyemang Rawlings the date set for the final funeral rite.
KOD was
accomapnied by some family members.
