Nadia Buari Unveiled As Ambassador For Golden Movie Awards Africa

Ghanaian screen goddess Nadia Buari has been unveiled as the brand ambassador of the annual GoldenMovie Awards Africa (GGMA).

The multiple award winning actress was announced as the ambassador for the second edition of the awards at the nominees announcement at the Tang Palace Hotel in Accra.

“I’m very delighted to be an ambassador for the Golden Movie Awards. I must say it’s a surprise but a good one. One that I cannot stop smiling about. Like all leadership roles, this position comes with a huge responsibility; one that requires a great deal of time and dedication on my part,” Nadia Buari said in accepting her new role.

According to her, she is fully prepared and ready to take up her new challenge of using her face to promote the awards.

“But I would like to say that, I’m very prepared and ready. I will do whatever it takes, put in the time and effort that it requires, so that our overall objective of changing the African narrative through film would come to fruition.”

The Golden Movie Awards Africa is organized by NMJ Ghana to acknowledge and reward filmmakers, directors, producers and film practitioners on the African continent.
